Just wanted a couple extra ICONS on my screen so I did this theme real quick. I didn't see any others done when I searched unless I missed it.

Would love to learn how to add tabs (Still searching)...

I have the left side button set to lock the phone. So to lock the phone during a call I just hit the side button then click the trackball.

Follow these three things and it will upgrade. I think the step you are skipping is #3. You don't use the Desktop Manager to upgrade the phone. You do it using the Loader.exe.
