Default error occuring when trying to sign in

Please Login to Remove!
Every time I try to sign into my app world it doesn't allow me it just comes up that there is an error plz try again later. Help

Do you have a BB data plan active on your account?

Do you have a proper Blackberry ID?

Are you in an area where app world access is allowed?
