one of my users suffers from not having the

file option in her message menu
when clicking on folder redirection only the folder desktop shows

i have tried this fix but it does not work

i have reloaded the lastest firmware on her bberry 9000.

i have recently moved her from a bes 4.1 server to my new bes 5.02 mr2 server and the issue remains,

anyone has any recommendations on how to fix this issue?

did you add any subfolders for redirection in BAS?

no i did not add any subfolders for redirection in BAS

with out any folders choosen for redirection, you cant file any from the device.
