Dear All,

we are still facing missing attachments problems on blackberry bold 9000 & 9700 devices. The server is BES 4.1.6. The missing attachments could be anything, .docx, .pptx and anything. Somethimes an email with four attachments is recieved with 1 attachment, although the size of the attachments is less than 100kb each. I cant find anything in the log file.

any idea?

if you switch to plain text on device does it show up?

We are having the same problem with 4.7sp7 and exchange 2010 (which everyone says doesn't work). Everything works great EXCEPT newer tours and bolds don't see attachments on HTML emails.

Plain text emails with attachments work on devices
Older curves work with both html and plain text

I have tried everything and can't get this to work
