We have recently upgraded to BES for Domino 5.0.3 mr6 and ever since the upgrade we get " •The request could not be completed." when clicking on Manage Users.

Can anybody please shed some light on why this is happening.

Just found now:

Went to the IT Policy and it gives the same error.
