If you don't have AIM on your phone, just call T-mobile and ask them to enable Instant Messenging, it should show up on your phone after they do that.

I convert them to Mp4 using the media manager, it plays perfectly for a while, then it lags for a second and the sound is ahead by a couple secs......didn't know about that Alt+escape crap though so...
